What should I wear to the workshops or events? We suggest wearing comfortable, casual clothing that's easy to slip on and off allowing for easy movement and relaxation. Something you don't mind getting a little messy, this includes jewelry! We prefer no jewelry at all, but if you must wear it, please make sure it’s easy to take off or won’t tarnish if it comes into contact with products. For spa-themed events, you may also bring a change of clothes or wear something suitable for pampering and comfort. Massage Classes: For men, basketball shorts or boxers are ideal under loose, comfy clothing. For women, a bikini or halter top is best under loose, comfy clothing. Shoes should be flat, secure, or you can go barefoot. Nudity Disclaimer: There is no nudity in our classes. Only the body part being massaged will be exposed, while the rest of the body remains covered. We maintain a safe, respectful environment for everyone, and the instructor will ensure all participants feel comfortable throughout the class.
